Since graduating from Cambridge University in 2000, Jennifer Cox has worked extensively in psychology roles in psychiatric and forensic mental health settings across London.
Jennifer completed her psychotherapy training at the Tavistock Clinic, and is a member of the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists (conferring eligibility for the British Psychoanalytic Council). She is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (Clinical Psychology division) and has Registered Scientist status with the Science Council. Jennifer has an MSc in Clinical Neuroscience from the Institute of Psychiatry (King’s College) and is a member of the London Neuropsychoanalysis Association; bringing a fusion of neuroscientific and psychoanalytic thinking to her work.
Jennifer is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (accredited by the Professional Standards Authority) and offers a psychodynamic approach to therapy from private practice locations in Ealing and Harley Street. As well as working in person from her well-established London practice, Jennifer offers online therapy nationally and internationally, with clients as far afield as India, the US and Australia.
